If you haven’t read the previous chapters, I suggest you read them now before you read chapter 8
Remember in chapter 6 when Allen and Lenalee are both falling and Allen couldn’t catch Lenalee because his vision is fading. Well, the level 4’s also got a hold of Lenalee and they said they are going to kill her.
Now that Allen regained his consciousness, he witnessed Lenalee getting hurt even more to the point of death. He tries to go to her but his body won’t let him and if you’re wondering why the hell is Lenalee not doing anything, you have to read the previous chapters.
Please don’t hate me if I’m making it look like Allen and Lenalee are so weak and suffering so much, just bare with me. I want to show the struggles and pain that they have to go through as an exorcist and the blooming of their relationship.
